• Withdrawals may be held pending if KYC verification is not completed
• Withdrawals will always be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit

5 Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus terms:

6 Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nagad88a and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Unauthorized access or attempted access to another user's account
• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools on the platform's software
• Cheating or colluding to influence game outcomes
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Nagad88a reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation

• No login activity for an extended period (over 12 months) — inactive account
• As directed by a court or law enforcement authority

You may also request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance remaining will be returned, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
